William Brown Set to Roar with Chatham Cougars
Forward William Brown has officially committed to continue his hockey career at Chatham University (NCAA Division III) for the 2025-26 season.
The 6’2” native of Upper Saddle River, NJ, has developed through some of the region’s strongest programs, including the Jersey Hitmen, Maine Nordiques, and Seacoast Spartans. Most recently, Brown competed in the CCHL with the Hawkesbury Hawks, where his size, work ethic, and two-way game stood out.

Brown has consistently been recognized for his ability to use his frame effectively in all three zones, while also chipping in offensively at every level. His path has been defined by steady development, leadership qualities, and a willingness to put in the work.
At Chatham, Brown will bring a physical presence and reliable 200-foot game to the Cougars, adding to their depth up front as he takes the next step in his career at the NCAA level.
