Nick McManus Joins Brockville for 2026-27 Season in CCHL

Prosper Sports Group client Nick McManus has signed with the Brockville Braves of the Central Canada Hockey League (CCHL), marking the next step in the 18-year-old forward’s development.

A native of Shrewsbury, Massachusetts, McManus is a 5-foot-10, 185-pound right-shot forward who has continued to develop his offensive game while competing at the AAA level.

McManus spent the 2025-26 season with Atlantic Coast Academy 18U AAA National, recording 12 goals and 14 assists for 26 points in 61 games. The season followed a productive 2024-25 campaign with the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Knights 16U AAA, where he produced 19 points in 13 games at the 16U AAA level and added 15 points in 18 AYHL games.

His offensive production has been consistent throughout his development. McManus recorded 31 points in 38 games with the South Shore Kings 14U AAA Elite in 2022-23 before continuing to progress through high school and AAA hockey.

The move to Brockville gives McManus an opportunity to take the next step in junior hockey and continue developing against strong competition in the CCHL.
