Nichols College Adds NAHL Defenseman Ryan Lukko

Prosper Sports Group is proud to congratulate Ryan Lukko on his commitment to Nichols College.

A native of Colonia, New Jersey, Lukko has earned the opportunity to continue his hockey and academic career at the NCAA level. The left-shot defenseman spent his youth hockey career with the New Jersey Rockets organization before advancing to junior hockey with the Danbury Jr. Hat Tricks of the NAHL.

Over the past two seasons, Lukko appeared in 113 regular-season games for Danbury, recording 47 points from the blue line while establishing himself as a reliable two-way defenseman. Prior to his junior career, he was a standout player at both the AAA and high school levels, producing offensively while continuing to develop his all-around game against top competition.

Nichols College is gaining a player who competes hard, moves the puck well, and brings valuable junior hockey experience to its program. Ryan’s commitment is the result of years of dedication and a testament to the work he has put in both on and off the ice.
