Prosper Sports Group Adds Proven Leadership with Center Ice Advisory Merger

Prosper Sports Group, Inc. has officially acquired Center Ice Advisory, bringing together two trusted names in player advising and development. The move adds real experience and proven leadership to the Prosper team—built for players serious about reaching the next level.

Matt Weis joins as President of PSG Advisory. A former Division I standout at Ohio State and pro in both the AHL and ECHL, Matt has lived every phase of the journey. After launching Center Ice Advisory, he helped players move from AAA and juniors to college and pro hockey. At PSG, he’s focused on giving players real insight and honest guidance through every step.

Frank Pinho joins as an Advisor. A former NCAA player who helped lead Stevenson University during its early years, Frank knows what it takes to push through and grow at each level. His experience on the ice and as an advisor brings a calm, focused approach that players and families trust.

George Bosak takes on the role of Goaltending Director. With more than two decades of experience training goalies who’ve reached NCAA and pro levels, George brings a no-nonsense style that gets results. From Princeton and Arizona State to the NAHL and top AAA programs, his resume speaks for itself.

This merger strengthens Prosper’s mission: helping athletes and families navigate hockey with clarity, support, and real-world experience—on and off the ice.
