Pasquale Commits to Babson: NAHL Defenseman Headed to NCAA Hockey Power House

Prosper Sports Group is proud to announce that Nico Pasquale (2005, D) has committed to play NCAA hockey at Babson College.

The 5’10”, 170-pound right-shot defenseman is currently competing in the NAHL with the New Hampshire Mountain Kings, continuing to elevate his game against top junior competition. A native of Chicago, IL, Pasquale has built his path through high-level youth, prep, and junior hockey, consistently developing into a reliable two-way presence on the back end.

Pasquale’s junior résumé includes time in the NCDC with the West Chester Wolves, where he logged key minutes and contributed offensively from the blue line. During the 2025-26 season, he posted 12 points (3G, 9A) in 25 NCDC games before making the jump to the NAHL. His experience also includes stops with the South Shore Kings (NCDC) and a strong prep career at Berkshire School, along with impactful seasons at the AAA level with the NV River Rats and Team Illinois.

Now with the Mountain Kings, Pasquale continues to show his ability to defend hard, move pucks efficiently, and contribute in transition — traits that translate well to the next level.

Babson College, a perennial NCAA contender, is gaining a composed, competitive defenseman with valuable junior experience and a proven commitment to development. Nico’s progression from youth hockey through juniors is a testament to his work ethic and steady growth year after year.

Prosper Sports Group congratulates Nico and his family on this well-earned opportunity. The work continues.
