Built on Consistency: Tiernan O’Rourke Commits to Connecticut College
Prosper Sports Group is proud to announce that defenseman Tiernan O’Rourke has committed to Connecticut College, where he will continue his academic and athletic career at the NCAA Division III level.
A Darien, Connecticut native, O’Rourke is a right-shot defenseman known for his size, reach, and steady two-way game. Standing at 6’2” and 192 pounds, he brings a physical presence on the blue line while maintaining strong puck management and defensive awareness.
O’Rourke’s development path includes time with several respected youth and prep programs, including The Lawrenceville School, Bishop Kearney Selects, and multiple AAA organizations across the Northeast. He has also gained valuable junior experience at the Tier II level, most recently competing in the NAHL with the Amarillo Wranglers, where he continued to log important minutes against high-level competition.
