AJ Ricciardi - Founder & CEO, Prosper Sports Group, Inc.
AJ Ricciardi is a former hockey player and seasoned advisor who blends his background in elite sports, finance, and strategic consulting to guide athletes and their families through every stage of development. He is the Founder and President of Prosper Sports Group, a full-service athlete advisory firm dedicated to helping players reach their highest potential across AAA, junior, collegiate, and professional hockey.
AJ graduated at the top of his class from New York University with a degree in Business, focusing on Finance and Management. While at NYU, he began consulting for youth and junior hockey organizations to improve operations and player pathways. He went on to co-found Coaches Choice Hockey Group, which grew into one of the most prominent spring and summer programs in North America. AJ also helped launch and operate high-level AAA and junior tournaments that drew teams from Tier 1, Tier 2, Major Junior, NCAA, and pro leagues.
After college, AJ began his professional career on Wall Street, later transitioning into strategy consulting for leading global firms. To stay close to the game, he founded Excelsior Sports Management (ESM) — a boutique advisory operation focused on helping players and families navigate key decisions in their hockey journey. During this period, AJ also continued operating Coaches Choice and developing talent pipelines across multiple levels.
Following his time in consulting, AJ joined an investor group that owned and operated junior hockey organizations, elite AAA academies, and national tournaments. In 2024, he exited the group and rebranded ESM into Prosper Sports Group, transforming it into a fully integrated athlete advisory firm with global reach.

Matt Weis - President of PSG Advisory, Prosper Sports Group, Inc.
Matthew Weis is a native of Freehold, New Jersey, where he began his hockey journey with the New Jersey Titans, NJ Rockets, and NJ Colonials AAA programs. A standout from an early age, Matt launched his junior career at just 16 years old with the NJ Hitmen (EMJHL), before moving on to the Corpus Christi Ice Rays (NAHL). After just 25 games, Matt was called up to the USHL’s Green Bay Gamblers, where he excelled for two and a half seasons, capturing a Clark Cup Championship and representing Team USA at both the Ivan Hlinka Tournament and the World Junior A Challenge—earning a gold medal.
Following his junior career, Matt earned a scholarship to The Ohio State University, where he was a key contributor to three NCAA Tournament appearances, including a Frozen Four run. Off the ice, Matt was a three-time Scholar-Athlete, a Big Ten All-Freshman Team selection, and a Big Ten Honoree. He graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sport Management and a Minor in Strategic Communications.
Matt went on to play three seasons of professional hockey in the AHL with the Chicago Wolves (Vegas Golden Knights affiliate) and the Hershey Bears, as well as in the ECHL with the South Carolina Stingrays (Washington Capitals affiliate). He competed in both the AHL Calder Cup Finals and the ECHL Kelly Cup Finals before an injury led to the conclusion of his playing career.
Transitioning into coaching and player development, Matt served as an Assistant Coach and Director of Player Development for the NJ Titans (NAHL), helping guide the team to a Robertson Cup Championship. Recognizing a growing need for personal mentorship in the hockey landscape, Matt founded Center Ice Advisory, where he and his team successfully guided players through the AAA, prep, junior, NCAA Division I & III, and professional ranks.
Today, Matt brings his expertise, integrity, and leadership to Prosper Sports Group, Inc., where Center Ice Advisory has merged into a larger mission of providing unmatched support and mentorship for athletes and their families. Matt is passionate about helping the next generation of players achieve their goals both academically and athletically, leveraging his wealth of experience from junior, collegiate, and professional hockey.

Alexx Privitera - Advisor, Prosper Sports Group, Inc
Alexx Privitera brings a high-level playing background, a deep understanding of the game, and a commitment to player development to his role as an Advisor at Prosper Sports Group. A former standout two-way defenseman, Alexx was known for his offensive instincts, shot-blocking tenacity, and leadership both on and off the ice.
He began his hockey journey with the North Jersey Avalanche, crediting the program with preparing him for the demands of the USHL, NCAA, and professional hockey. After his sophomore year of high school, Alexx joined the U.S. National Team Development Program (NTDP), competing in the USHL with the U17 and U18 squads during the 2009–10 season. He followed that with a strong year for the Muskegon Lumberjacks, posting 34 points in 57 games.
Alexx began his NCAA career at Boston University, where he made an immediate impact and was named to the 2012 Hockey East All-Rookie Team. After two seasons at BU, he captained the Dubuque Fighting Saints in 2013–14, leading all USHL defensemen in scoring (44 points in 57 games) and earning All-USHL Second Team honors.
He finished his collegiate career at the University of Vermont, where he was a key contributor on the Catamounts' blue line. In his junior season, he ranked third on the team in scoring with 26 points and led the team with 78 blocked shots. He continued to lead UVM’s defensemen in scoring and blocked shots during his senior year.
Following college, Alexx turned pro in 2016, signing with the Manchester Monarchs (ECHL) and earning a call-up to the Ontario Reign (AHL). He later played for KHL Medveščak Zagreb in the Austrian league before returning to Manchester for another playoff run. He retired from professional hockey in 2018.
After his playing career, Alexx attended George Washington University Law School, and currently resides in Annapolis, Maryland. While he began coaching and giving lessons during his playing days, his role as a coach and mentor grew significantly after law school. Today, he focuses on developing players’ skills and skating, helping them achieve their goals on and off the ice.
Alexx brings a valuable blend of elite playing experience, coaching expertise, and a professional background. He is passionate about sharing the knowledge he gained from top coaches and mentors throughout his career, and is deeply committed to building strong relationships not only with the athletes he advises, but with their families as well — understanding that lasting success comes from a trusted and collaborative support system.

Mike Marshall - Advisor, Prosper Sports Group, Inc
Based in Denver, Colorado, Mike Marshall brings a comprehensive, multi-tiered foundation of hockey experience spanning junior, collegiate, and professional development. As an Advisor at Prosper Sports Group, Mike combines front-office expertise, coaching experience, and a powerful network to guide players and families through every stage of the hockey pathway.
Mike has held key roles across the NAHL—including General Manager, Director of Scouting, and Scout—strengthening his ability to evaluate talent, construct competitive rosters, and guide athletes through pivotal stages of their careers. He has played an integral role in placing players into the USHL, CHL, and NCAA ranks, leveraging both his understanding of league pathways and his hands-on experience developing players at each level.
His extensive network of General Managers and Head Coaches across the NAHL, USHL, CHL, NCAA, and professional levels allows him to effectively advocate for players and facilitate upward movement. This reach—combined with his reputation for professionalism, honesty, and communication—positions him as a trusted connector in the player-placement landscape.
Beyond his front-office experience, Mike brings a vast coaching résumé. He has served as a Head Coach at the collegiate level, a Group Development Coach at Drillhouse Sports Center in Denver, and has coached across multiple tiers of youth hockey, including Warrior Hockey. His leadership behind the bench is highlighted by being named the 2024 Legend Rings Coach of the Year and capturing six Warrior National Championships. Mike also contributes as a Guest Coach for the Colorado Avalanche Alumni, sharpening his insight into high-performance athlete preparation.
Drawing from all facets of his career, Mike delivers honest guidance, structured development planning, and a modern, detail-driven approach to long-term player growth. Advisor
Chad Dlugolecki - Advisor, Prosper Sports Group, Inc
Chad brings more than two decades of experience as a coach, mentor, evaluator, scout, and hockey executive to Prosper Sports Group. Throughout his career, he has helped young athletes develop their games, navigate important decisions, and prepare for opportunities at the youth, prep school, junior, collegiate, and professional levels.
Chad’s hockey journey began as a 6-foot-4, left-shot defenseman who played NCAA Division III hockey at the Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts. His experience as a player shaped his understanding of the game and continues to influence his approach to evaluating, developing, and mentoring young athletes.
Following his playing career, Chad transitioned behind the bench and began a coaching career that has spanned more than 20 years. He spent many seasons as a head coach at the Midget levels with the New Jersey Devils Youth Hockey Club, leading his teams to five USA Hockey National Championship appearances and both silver and bronze medals. During his tenure, Chad coached and helped develop numerous high-level players, most notably longtime NHL defenseman Kevin Shattenkirk and NHL forward Kyle Palmieri. His work with players during these critical developmental years helped establish his reputation for identifying talent, building confidence, teaching the details of the game, and preparing young athletes for the demands of elite hockey.
Building upon that foundation, Chad spent more than a decade with the USA Hockey Festival Program, where he evaluated and coached some of the country’s top young talent. He later held several prominent roles with the Jersey Hitmen organization, serving as Head Coach at the Bantam Major and 18U AAA levels, Assistant Coach with the NCDC program, and Director of Player Personnel.
From 2022 through 2026, Chad served as Head Coach of the North Jersey Avalanche 18U AAA program, preparing elite players to advance to junior and college hockey. He also served as a scout for the Maryland Black Bears of the NAHL and the Youngstown Phantoms of the USHL. Collectively, these roles provided Chad with extensive experience in coaching, scouting, recruiting, roster construction, strength and conditioning, and long-term player development.
Beyond his work behind the bench, Chad owned and operated Elite Hockey Management, an advisory firm that supported both male and female players and their families as they navigated the youth, prep school, junior, and college hockey landscape. Through this work, he developed an advisory approach closely aligned with PSG’s commitment to honest guidance, individualized development planning, and helping players pursue opportunities that fit their abilities and long-term goals.
In the next chapter of his career, Chad joins Prosper Sports Group as an advisor, bringing together his experience as a player, coach, evaluator, scout, and advisor. He will draw upon his extensive hockey knowledge, industry relationships, and firsthand understanding of player development to guide PSG players and families through every stage of their hockey journey.

Goaltending Director
George Bosak - Goaltending Director, Prosper Sports Group, Inc
George Bosak, a Philadelphia native, is the founder of Bosak Goaltending Development, LLC, and brings over 25 years of experience training elite goaltenders across the junior, collegiate, and professional levels. George played his junior hockey for the Philadelphia Little Flyers and Springfield Olympics before going on to compete at the NCAA Division III level with the University of Scranton. He later played three seasons of professional hockey in the SPHL, WPHL, and ECHL.
Through Bosak Goaltending Development, LLC, George serves as the Goaltender Coach for the Philadelphia Rebels of the North American Hockey League (NAHL), a Goaltending Consultant for Prosper Sports Group, Inc., and a goaltending coach and consultant for several top-tier youth organizations. George has also coached at the NCAA Division I level for four seasons with Princeton University (2005–2006, 2014–2016) and Arizona State University (2016–2017). His coaching influence extends throughout junior hockey, with roles at the Philadelphia Rebels (NAHL), NJ 87’s (EHL), and Tier I and Tier II programs, including the Philadelphia Hockey Club (Mite through EHL), Jersey Wildcats, and Hollydell Hurricanes.
As proof of George’s success before joining the Rebels, he served as the Goaltender Coach for the NJ Titans (NAHL) for four seasons. During his tenure, five goaltenders earned commitments to NCAA Division I programs, and George was a proud member of the coaching staff that captured the 2021–2022 Robertson Cup Championship.
